Anna Lemler Anna Lemler is a nonprofit manager and racial equity professional with a background in youth development, community organizing, restorative justice, and program and policy design. Most recently, Anna served in the Racial Equity Analyst role for Washtenaw County where she led the county-wide efforts to implement a racial equity framework into all functions and operations of government, including the design and implementation of the first Racial Equity Office. For 10 years prior to this, Anna led staff and programming for youth development programs such as in her roles as Program Director of Trail Blazers Camps, Program Manager at iMentor-NYC, and as a restorative justice consultant to educators. Additionally, Anna is currently the manager for the Michigan Juvenile Justice Youth Advisory Board. Anna is an organizer with The People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The College of Wooster and Masters in Social Work from The University of Michigan.
