The 2021 All-America City Awards will recognize ten communities that have worked to improve equity and resilience. Applications are required to include at least one project focused on the 2021 highlighted topic – building equitable and resilient communities.
Equity is the fabric that allows communities to achieve broad-based economic prosperity and other goals. Resilience enables communities to face challenging times by not only preserving what makes their community great but adapting and growing stronger. Inclusive civic engagement is a key ingredient in communities that have these two qualities.
February 10, 2021: Submit Application
1) by email to aac@ncl.org by Wednesday, February 10, 2021, 11:59 p.m. PST as a Word Document without pictures and file name with State, City 2021 AAC App and,
2) submit application fee of $250 (*You only pay $150 application fee if you submit a Letter of Intent to Apply by December 1, 2020) application fee to: National Civic League, 190 East 9th Ave., Suite 200, Denver, CO 80203 or call the office @303-571-4343 to pay via credit card.
March 2021: Finalists Announced
Finalists will be announced in March 2021. Community delegations will be invited to the awards event in Denver to present.
