We have created infrastructure that is designed to be:
- Guided by the expertise of practitioners in the field – our cohort steering committee is made up of representatives from our cohort jurisdictions leading the field of practice.
- Make use of the expertise in academia and advocacy organizations – our Technical Assistance Advisory Committee is made up of those leading racial equity research and practice at the national level.
- Support the establishment of regional networks – working together within and across regions will help to build a national movement
- Partner with other organizations serving government, including elected officials and government staff – working together with established organizations will help to grow and expand our influence.
