The City of Albuquerque will become an inclusive community where equitable success is the norm and race and ethnicity will no longer predict outcomes.

Albuquerque is reshaping government by advancing racial equity initiatives. It will reduce systemic barriers and elevate opportunities by interweaving racial equity tools throughout city operations. Every city department will have a functional dashboard continually updated and evolving with relevant data to guide improved race, gender, and disability equity policies. As Albuquerque succeeds, it will create and maintain sustainable equitable outcomes across its diverse community.
